Initial configuration for Confluence administrators

  1. Navigate to the Confluence administration section e.g. https://{yourinstance}.atlassian.net/wiki/admin

  2. On the lower left navigation menu, expand Atlassian Marketplace and click Manage Apps

  3. Select our app and click the ‘Configure’ button

  4. Make sure you have the ConnectWise API Member details ready (see Create an API Member).

We do not support the API keys from a regular member!

  1. Enter the prompted details:

  2. Submit the details (stored securely in encrypted format).

Once the details are stored you will see API KEYS STORED above the ‘Update’ button.
